Please login to your tenant portal to submit a maintenance request. If you have not activated your portal, you can get started below.
- When you create a work order request, please give a brief description of the problem.
- Multiple items may be listed on one request.
- Upon receiving that request, the next business day Kautz Property Management will assign the vendor available to complete that work.
Our office will only try to contact you through a phone call if you request that in the work order.
